Biography
Mohammed is a member of the firm’s Dispute Resolution Department. Mohammed has acted on behalf of clients in treaty-based arbitration before the Permanent Court of Arbitration, commercial arbitrations before CRCICA and DIFC-LCIA as well as representing clients before national Egyptian courts.
Mohammed has successfully won several multimillion-dollar arbitration cases and litigation cases based on criminal law before the misdemeanor and felony courts
Mohammed provides day-to-day legal advice to many multinational and Egyptian companies on various aspects of corporate, commercial, competition, insurance, criminal, tourism, and Omani law.
Mohammed assisted in providing legal services to Amwaj for Real Estate and Touristic Investment, Emaar Misr, MAF Misr, Arabtec, Bisco Misr, Mondelez Egypt foods, Global Telecom Holding (previously Orascom), Damas Jewelry, The Three Corners Hotels, BeIN, Galtrade, General Motors Egypt, Ahram Beverages Company, Metrojet Airlines, Misr Insurance Company, Sultanate of Oman, Emirati Ministry, Dabur Egypt, Ajinomoto, PSC of transport ABB SUSA, Facebook and L3PH3.
Also, Mohammed provides legal advice on general contractual, tortious, commercial, and labor matters.
